Returns & Refunds:

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date you received it. Please email us at contact@seventhsoulalchemy.com to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, unworn and unused, with no signs of wear or damage. Returns can take from 1-5 days upon receival to be issued. Once issued, refunds can take 3-5 business days to be received, depending on individual banking standards. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer and deducted from the total refund. 

If a return needs to be made past the 14-day period, an exchange or shop credit will be issued. 

Customer items are unable to be returned or exchanged. 

Shipping: 

Processing time for all orders is 3-7 business days.
