Treat your piece like the magical treasure it is! Do not bathe or swim while wearing it. Do not leave it in direct sunlight as sunlight can damage natural stones. Be mindful not to drop your piece as it may damage the stone or metal. Treating your piece with TLC is the best care you can give it!

Yes! Sealing jewelry does not last forever, and your piece may need to be polished in the future. Use a soft, dry cloth made for jewelry or glass polishing and gently polish your piece using circular motions. The use of an abrasive polishing agent will cause damage to your piece. 

If it is necessary, you can wash your pendant with warm water and gentle soap. Be mindful not to scrub your piece and dry thoroughly. 

Not necessarily! Everyone's body chemistry is different and not everyone reacts the same way. Turning green from jewelry wear is entirely dependent on the wearer and how their skin reacts. This is why we use minimal copper in the cord (clasp and findings) and seal every pendant! 

If something happens to your piece that occurs naturally, we will cover all repairs free of charge. Please contact us immediately if damage happens to your piece. Handmade items are made with lots of love, but things happen. If we can repair it, we will. If damages occur by fault of the customer, repair charges may be applied. All return shipping charges are covered by the customer.
